Online Appointment Scheduling

For your convenience, I offer online appointment scheduling for existing clients. You can make, change, or cancel appointments online from any device with an Internet or data connection*. You will also receive courtesy reminders about upcoming appointments via email.

• Appointments are available during the day, evenings and occasionally on weekends.

• Custom appointment times that fit your busy schedule are available.

CANCELLATIONS

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. You can cancel and reschedule your appointments on the Client Portal. Appointments can only be cancelled online more than 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the full charge for service. Thank you for respecting this clinical boundary as my professional time for your session has been set aside specifically for you. Please call 307-222-8525 if you need to cancel within 48 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time.
